While I went about my business Robert and Tyler performed a very professional job
Water heater leaking. Customer did not answer the phone, nor was she at the house because she was at work. Her son-in-law was there. New water tank job authorized for customer. She has 300 out-of-pocket. Son-in-law did not know customers email, but we do have her phone number so we can contact her and get the email to send this over to her. No work being proceeded with at this time. Will go over options with customer once we get a hold of her. Customer accepted out-of-pocket.
Calvin and Carson listened as I explained the problem and took care of it in a professional and timely manner, even though the weather was not the greatest! The cost was handled under HomeServe, and they made time to come out after the original contractor was going to take over 48 hours to come out and unclog our sewer drain. When one cannot use water or toilets for that long it is a great inconvenience.
