Various plumbing leaks. Warranty company cover one repair for the customer or however, denied the others due to excessive water pressure. Customer proceeded with the out-of-pocket costs of installing a regulator, expansion tank, and making the other plumbing repairs. Customer applied for financing we will return for the work.
Returned 10-30-26 regulator was installed above the water meter, expansion tank installed above the water heater both set to 65 psi. Section of laundry tub piping that was leaking removed and replaced with new copper. New hose bib and valve installed in the basement. Leaking section of pipe removed and replaced underneath the upstairs bathroom sink. Once complete these were all leak tested. No further issues.

This job I found that the temperature and pressure relief valve was blowing off water. The customer had a dual check valve and a PRV, but they did not have an expansion tank I replaced the T&P valve and added an expansion tank the warranty covered the T&P valve, but the expansion tank was retail.
