I want to give a huge thank-you to Calvin and his helper at Warhold Plumbing. They went above and beyond when I was dealing with an extremely stressful plumbing and water-leak situation. This was not a straightforward repair. I had a significant leak that was difficult to locate, and with the wall already opened up as part of the water-damage remediation, there were a lot of moving pieces to figure out. On top of dealing with the damage to my home, insurance, and not having a functioning bathroom, the whole situation was incredibly overwhelming. Calvin was incredibly compassionate throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen, investigate the problem thoroughly, explain what he was finding, and make sure the work was done correctly rather than simply rushing to get the job finished. His attention to detail was exceptional, and I felt like he genuinely cared about solving the problem and helping me through a very difficult situation. His helper was also wonderful — professional, respectful, and hardworking. The two of them worked well together and treated my home with care. Quote This is to repipe the second floor toilet, shower and sink down to the basement in PEX piping. Ran new PEX and installed clamps to secure the piping, added new shut off valves to each fixture, there was a slight leak coming from the shower valve union, I was able to get the leak to stop but told the customer the shower valve was old and could leak again. No leaks at this time.

For this job, I found the Thermo pile is bad in the water heater this is a vapor sealed unit so you have to replace the entire pilot assembly. I ordered the new assembly on Amazon part number 9003542 it will be delivered to my house tomorrow Saturday the fifth. I will bring it to the shop Monday morning. We are still waiting for warranty to approve, but the customer told me that everything is covered for the water heater ahs texted her and told her that. Installed new thermopile, used spray bubbles to ensure no leaks, lit the water heater and the flame came on normally.

Warhold was extremely quick and responding to my request. I currently was without water to my whole house. They sent Calvin first thing in the morning. He was able to bypass the affected line and get me water for the time being as it was affecting my the only bathroom in the house.
