Returned 5-19-26, discovered that the system was low on refrigerant. Warranty company only covered $10 per pound of refrigerant. Customer is currently trying to get the warranty company to supply them with a new system. Customer and I discussed quotes. No further issues today.

I had several negative experiences with my original installation and with a previous technician (neither of them from Warhold) who attempted to repair my heat pump. Because of this, I ended up living with the issue for several years.
Earlier this year, I had a positive experience with the Warhold plumbing team, so I decided to have Warhold look at my heat pump and was recommended to schedule with Drake.. Once again, I was very pleased with the service. They identified multiple refrigerant leaks caused by an improper installation. They were courteous and respectful of my property, animals and my working from home.
Even when my heat pump wasn’t performing as well as it should have, I appreciated it—but now that it’s working properly, I appreciate it even more.

I recently had my furnace replaced on December 29th, 2025, and my AC unit replaced on May 8th, 2026, by Warhold, and the experience across both projects was excellent.
Bob Kirk led both installations and was outstanding from start to finish. He was consistently punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. What really stood out was his leadership—he didn’t just complete the work at a high level, he also took the time to guide and develop his apprentice throughout both jobs. The apprentice was clearly being given meaningful hands-on learning opportunities while still operating under strong supervision, and the quality of work never wavered.
Having the same technician for both systems made a big difference. Bob was already familiar with my home and HVAC setup from the December furnace installation, which allowed for a smoother, more efficient AC replacement in May. He had also provided thoughtful, prescriptive recommendations during the first visit that directly informed the second project, which I greatly appreciated.
Before beginning work, Bob clearly explained the full scope of the project and kept me informed throughout the installation. After completion, he walked me through warranty registration, provided a detailed post-installation summary, and ensured everything was understood before leaving. The cleanup was thorough and professional—everything was left spotless.
